The Red Barn Motel rates are based off occupancy at time of booking. The availability of discounts are subject to change. Special pricing is at the discretion of The Red Barn Motel.
Smoking
Smoking of any kind is prohibited in all public areas of the motel & in all rooms, including balconies & decks. A $250 fine will be applied for smoking in any room, deck, or balcony. Smoking is allowed in our designated smoking area, the grassy knoll with the picnic tables in front of the Office.

River View Rooms
Our most popular option, rear sliding glass doors lead straight onto our back lawn on the Narraguagus River. Enjoy our sunsets and unwind after a long day of traveling.

Dogs on Property
Well behaved dogs are welcome, we do not charge a fee at this time. Dogs are not to be left alone and must always be leashed and accompanied by owner while on the property. Guest assumes full responsibility for any damages caused during the stay.

First floor rooms with front windows overlook our front deck and parking lot. Available with 2 Queen Beds or 1 King Bed, Handicap Accessible with 1 King Bed

Cancellation Policy
We have a 48hr cancellation policy, reservations must be cancelled 48hrs prior to checkin. Cancellations and or No-Shows less than 48hrs will be subject to one night charge plus tax.

Damages & Incidentals
Any and all damages caused during the guest stay is the sole responsibility of the guest. A valid credit card is required when securing your reservation. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Our newest rooms, front windows overlook our front deck and community garden. These are second floor rooms available with 2 Queen Beds or 1 King Bed
